This just in. A boatload of new chefs are on board for the Asian Night Market at LuckyRice, coming to the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas from 7 to 10 p.m. Oct. 5.
Now on board, chefs from New York City including Cedric Vongerichten of Perry St., Leah Cohen of Pig & Khao, Pichet Ong and Andy Ricker, whose Pok Pok is also in Portland, Ore.
Other chefs from across the nation include Rene Ortiz of Angry Bear in Austin, Brooke Williamson of The Tripel and Hudson House in Los Angeles, David Gilbert of the Tuk Tuk Taproom in San Antonio, Erik Bruner-Yang of Toki Underground and Maketto in Washington, D.C., Top Chef Kristen Kish of Menton in Boston.
Locally, look for Mitsuo Endo of Abriya Raku, Chada Thai & Wine, Eric Suniga of China Poblano, Comme Ça, Colin Fukunaga and Robert Magsalin of Fukuburger, Anthony Meidenbauer of Holstein's Shakes & Buns, Kuma Snow Cream's Jet Tila, Takashi Segawa of Monta Ramen, Angelo Sosa of Poppy Den, Stephen Hopcraft of STK, Gerald Chin of StripSteak, Todd English and Wicked Spoon.
