Vegas' favorite pop-up dinner returns Saturday night with a dinner featuring Royden Ellamar of Sensi and Edmund Wong, executive chef of the Bellagio at Dream Racing out at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
The Project Dinner Table event for 200 features ingredients from local farm Blue Lizard and starts with a social hour at 6 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails, followed by a sit-down family-style dinner around 7:15 p.m.
As with every Project Dinner Table event, a portion of the proceeds will benefit local nonprofits, this time Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Las Vegas and Orion Cancer Foundation.
Annual memberships are $39; tickets are $175 per person for members and $190 per person for non-members available here.
