Get your first look inside Scott Conant's new cookbook The Scarpetta Cookbook when the Chopped judge does a signing at Queue Bar on the casino floor at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Thursday, Oct. 24.
Fans can stop by the book signing from 5 to 6:30 p.m. or head to the fundraising event for Keep Memory Alive at Scarpetta afterward. The event includes tastes of dishes from the book and another book signing, all for $150. For tickets, head here and click on Upcoming Events.
The Scarpetta Cookbook, which comes out Oct. 15, features 125 of the restaurant's signature dishes such as creamy polenta with fricassee of truffled mushrooms or fennel-dusted black cod. A portion of the proceeds from the book sales at the signing will benefit Keep Memory Alive.
