Even More Planned for the Nobu United Event

The Nobu United event with Nobu Matsuhisa is getting even more accessible.

First up, the event that brings together 28 Nobu chefs from around the country at Nobu Restaurant & Lounge at Caesars Palace now has two seatings. The first at 5:30 p.m. goes for $195 while a second at 9:30 p.m. is $179 per person. Already the impressive menu for the night, which features creations from each of the chefs in the Nobu empire, is out. Check out this insane menu here.

But there's more. Now Nobu and his team plan a night of canapes and cocktails on Oct. 8 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Breathe Pool at the Hard Rock Hotel. Menu has yet to be determined but rumors point to Nobu classic dishes such as Alaskan black cod and rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicy sauce on the menu. More importantly, Matsuhisa himself will be at this event as well.
