A couple of chef shuffles to announce. First up, Bobby Silva, who was the executive sous chef at SushiSamba at the Shoppes at the Palazzo moved on. The sidekick for executive chef Herb Wilson, who also left the sushi restaurant last month, is now the corporate executive chef for Mina Group. Silva made an appearance on this season's Top Chef Masters with Wilson as well.
Also of note, Eric Suniga, formerly at Culinary Dropout at the Hard Rock Hotel, is now the executive chef at China Poblano, Jose Andres' Chinese and Mexican restaurant at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
