The Wetzel's Pretzels at Town Square was shut down by the Southern Nevada Health District with an imminent health hazard on Aug. 28.
SNHD inspectors found an inadequate number of employee toilets and hand-washing sinks during the routine inspection, as well as no hot and cold running water.
Since 2008, the pretzel shop routinely received A grades with one B thrown in back in 2009 that was upgraded to an A 17 days later.
The Southern Nevada Health District routinely shuts down restaurants that receive more than 40 demerits. Restaurants have the option of requesting a re-inspection before the next scheduled inspection.
