Sirio and Mauro Maccioni Serve Up a One-Night Dinner

Legendary restauranteurs Sirio and Mauro Maccioni turn up for a one-night only meet and greet on Saturday from 7 to 10 p.m. at Sirio Ristorante.

The minds behind Le Cirque and Circo at the Bellagio and Sirio Ristorante at Aria plan to serve up a four-course Sirio menu that includes carpaccio di manzo wth beef carpaccio, lemon oil dressing, fried capers and shavings of parmesan cheese; a pasta course with Pici Toscani al Ragu' di Carne, a hand-rolled pasta with a three-meat ragu; a main course of Carre' d'Agnello, a roasted rack of lamb with potato fennel gratin and garden vegetables; and Panna Cotta Tricolore for dessert.

The cost is $89 per person and does not include beverages, tax and tip. Everyone lands a signed copy of Sirio: The Story of My Life & Le Cirque.
