Drum roll for the newest restaurant coming to The Linq, the $550 million entertainment complex that will be home to the High Roller, the massive observation wheel anchoring the place.
Meet The Stomping Grape, a Food & Wine Experience, where guests can sup on wines accompanied by "contemporary Californian cuisine." A press release touts in as "a lighter and healthier approach to comfort fare."
Look for multiple levels of seating with views of an open chef's counter. At the front, a long copper bar.
Also announced: Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop, home to sundaes, shakes, floats, malts and other fountain creations.
Other restaurants already announced there include Brooklyn Bowl, Chayo Mexicano, F.A.M.E., Flour & Barley, Sprinkles Cupcakes & Ice Cream, The Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery and Yard House. Missing from the list updated by the Linq? Off the Strip Bistro, a bistro and bar from former N9NE Group partner Andrew Belmonti.
Expect a late 2013 opening.
