Gyu-Kaku Gets Set to Barbecue Its Way to Las Vegas

Get ready for Gyu-Kaku, a Yakiniku Japanese barbecue, bearing down on Vegas soon. Already the chain has set up a Facebook page in Vegas, but no opening date has been announced.

Culture Map Houston notes the restaurant serves up dishes much like a Korean barbecue, offering plates of meats grilled tableside. Expect to find cuts such as filet mignon and New York strip as well as "beef short ribs, skirt steak, tongue, chicken and seafood. The restaurant also serves noodle bowls, rice dishes and vegetables."
