Chris Herrin's Former Bread & Butter Shutters

Bread & Butter, the bakery and restaurant originally from Chris Herrin, closed on Saturday in Henderson. Herrin posted the announcement on the Bread & Butter Facebook page last night.

"Well guys the day has come that bread and butter retires, the [current] owners felt [it's] best to close and move on. Instead of thinking of all the woulda, coulda, shoulda since leaving last year [I] want to give a thank you to all the great people that came [through] the door," he wrote on Facebook.

Herrin shut down his Southern-style cafeteria Meat & Three last February.
