Meet the $2,500 Fizz Deluxe at Fizz Las Vegas

FIZZ%20Deluxe_Edison%20Graff%201-14-14.jpgFizz Las Vegas, the new champagne bar from owners Steven Kennedy and Michael Greco, who partnered with Sir Elton John's husband David Furnish to open the space, sure does know how to treat its guests. Not only does the lounge at Caesars Palace have a green room in the back for celebs such as John who decide to stop in after a concert at the nearby Colosseum, allow no photos and feature artwork from John and Furnish's private collection including Steven Meisel, David LaChapelle and Steve Klein, but a pretty chichi collection of cocktails make the menu.

Here, the Fizz Deluxe, priced at $2,500. This twist on the French '75 features Grand Marnier Quintessence, Hennessy Richard Cognac, Fee Brothers lemon bitters and Monin rose syrup along with egg whites. Dom Perignon Rose Champagne finishes the cocktail, with a rose petal and 24-karat gold flake sprinkled on top.

For those of you with such deep pockets, most cocktails are in the $18 range. Try the Hercules, a peanut butter and jelly cocktail that claims it can "solve world peace" with its Belvedere black raspberry vodka, Toschi Walnut liqueur, Pallini Raspicello raspberry liqueur, raspberry puree and peanut butter and the Jamaica jerk off that brings together chocolate and coconut.
