Cakes from the Cake Boss on the Way to the Venetian

With some of the sharpest plywood in the city, Cake Boss Buddy Valastro is letting everyone know his Carlo's Bakery is coming to the Palazzo. Work on the 2,251-square-foot space is now underway, located directly opposite to the entrance of his Buddy V's restaurant. Expect to feast on cannolis, biscotti, plus the signature Valastro decorated cakes.

This will be the seventh Carlo's Bakery, including three other stores under construction in New Jersey and Connecticut. Located in a tricky corner of the property, bringing visitors to this section of the resort is a prime priority and a new metal Buddy V's sign has been affixed to the Venetian's Strip-facing exterior wall.

Plywood signage outside Carlo's Bakery promotes their new social media resources and a small sign on the painted door announces they are hiring. The job posting on the company web site offers very particular customer service guidelines for prospective Las Vegas employees.
