When the temporary sign outside Bobby Flay's nearly finished Bobby's Burger Palace announced Margarita To Go, it appeared a ruse to ward off lookie-loos. But now it's a real thing. And so is his all-new creation for the chain, a Las Vegas Burger.

The 17th, and furthest west Burger Palace, will host the the celebrity chef's first Margarita To Go Bar, serving "our signature Cactus Pear and Mesa frozen margaritas." The original libation inspirations are on the cocktail menu at Flay's Mesa Grill restaurant down the Strip at Caesars Palace.

Like previous host cities of Miami, Dallas and Philadelphia, Las Vegas been bestowed with its own city-themed burger, constructed with "American cheese, Fresno red chiles, and BBQ crunch." The menu is rounded out with fries, salads, sandwiches and the full BBP roster featuring the cult-favorite Crunchburger topped with potato chips. Milkshakes heading to Vegas include "pistachio, mint chocolate chip and mocha caramel."

The 5,000-square-foot project sits inside a former Carolina Herrera boutique at the Crystals luxury mall annex, flanked by a Pinkberry and a Starbucks. Like their neighbors, the Burger Palace will also provide patio seating, with views of the Strip.

All official indications point to a debut before the end of February.
