Here's a look inside the recently remodeled N9NE Steakhouse at the Palms. The restaurant renovation, part of the $50 million makeover at the resort, brings in new décor, draperies, private dining areas and now the Center Table, a semi-private dining experience surrounded by sheer drapes and a custom chandelier plopped right in the middle of the restaurant. Also new, the lounge, reconfigured with high-top seating.

New menu items from executive chef Barry Dakake include a braised Kobe beef short rib with horseradish crust and curried root vegetables, a 48 -ounce prime rib eye Tomahawk steak for two and a three-pound lobster thermidor. For a cocktail, try the "Rock & Rye" made with Hochstetler's Slow & Low served over an ice sphere in a sherry rinsed whiskey glass, or the fig-infused Manhattan.
Those guest who long for the classics from the menu can try the "Best of N9NE" section of the menu with "Barry's Steak," a 10-ounce grilled prime rib cap served with roasted cipollini onions, shishito peppers and red wine sauce and more.
Also new, a three-course prix fixe menu nightly from 5:30 to 7 p.m. featuring select appetizers, entrees and dessert and two wine pairings for $59 per person.
