Guy Savoy's restaurant at Las Vegas Sands-owned Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is shuttering come Feb 3. Perhaps more interesting, his restaurant there will be replaced by Australian chef David Thompson's Long Chim, "a Thai street food dining concept that will be the first of several such eateries that he plans to open around the world."
