A former Ruby Tuesday in Summerlin is about to get a dash of Louisiana spice. Lola's: A Louisiana Kitchen is planning to open its second location inside the 5,305-square-foot space that includes an outdoor courtyard in April.
The original in the Holsum Lofts will remain.
Expect to find major differences at this location, which will be open seven days a week, including a full liquor license that brings in craft beers and specialty cocktails, brunch on Saturdays and Sundays, a new happy hour menu and New Orleans Saints viewing parties.
Ruby Tuesday closed three years ago, leaving the space vacant until Lola Pokorny and her company purchased the building for $1.5 million. Pokorny tells the Las Vegas Review-Journal that she has also been approached about a Henderson location but has no plans to open a third there.
