Nine months after celebrity chef Bobby Flay first revealed his plans to Eater Vegas, Bobby's Burger Palace will open on the Las Vegas Strip on Wednesday, Jan. 29, at noon.
The 17th BBP in a strongly expanding empire will feature the full menu of burgers, salads, fries and sandwiches and his latest creation, the Las Vegas Burger featuring "American cheese, Fresno red chiles, and BBQ crunch." The crunch component is a signature bonus item available for all Flay burgers, the addition of a layer of potato chips.
In Las Vegas, they will also debut the company's very first Margarita To Go Bar, serving "our signature Cactus Pear and Mesa frozen margaritas." Flay's Mesa Grill restaurant down the boulevard at Caesars Palace offers the original versions. Non-alcoholic beverages at BBP will include milkshakes like "pistachio, mint chocolate chip and mocha caramel."
The site was formerly a Carolina Herrera fashion boutique at the Crystals luxury mall annex. The retail block, steps from a CVS pharmacy and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, also hosts a Pinkberry and a Starbucks. The 5,000-square-foot burger joint will feature indoor seating and provide patio chairs and tables providing wide open views of the Strip.
