MONTE CARLO — The Pub at Monte Carlo unveiled its 2014 Gus' Beer & Bites beer pairing dinner series, an interactive monthly event with five courses from executive chef Damis Irizarry paired with featured beers. The first on Wednesday, Jan. 29, at 6:30 p.m. is $64.05 per person, all-inclusive, at 702-730-7420. Each dinner will begin with a reception on the second level of The Pub's dining room, complete with passed hors d'oeuvres paired with the first beer selection of the evening.
