Bobby Flay's first Nevada outpost of his Bobby's Burger Palace has already announced its own special Las Vegas Burger, the chain's very first Margarita To Go Bar and an opening date of Jan. 29 at noon. Now all it needs to do is remove the last of the plywood and fix up some last details.

The 5,000-square-foot burger joint with an indoor and Strip-facing patio seating is beginning to show its true, citrus-y colors.

Electrical work is speedily progressing on the front door signage and substantial progress has been made on installing the BBP's signature zesty themed furnishings, curved and waved tables and ceiling light fixtures sporting a rings of Saturn like effect.

Globe lanterns also light the space, tile paving covers the floor and registers been installed for the service stations. Guests will be able to order cactus pear and "Mesa frozen margaritas" to enjoy inside or take to-go and pair it with the Las Vegas Burger composed of "American cheese, Fresno red chiles, and BBQ crunch." All Burger Palace selections are encouraged to be upgraded with a crunch layer of potato chips.

To commemorate the debut, a contest is running on the BBP Las Vegas Facebook page with a first prize including a private "Meet & Greet" with the celebrity chef and "dinner at BBP for the winner and one guest prepared by Bobby Flay." Entrants need to post a photgraph of themselves with a home-made "welcome sign" heralding the arrival of the Burger Palace to Las Vegas.

For the runner-up, "the second-prize winner will be the first customer on line at the BBP Vegas grand opening on Wednesday, January 29th at 12:00pm and will receive a complimentary burger, order of fries, and a shake." In both instances you will need to pay your own way to Las Vegas to experience the taste of victory and "crunchified" beef patties.
