Dulce Donuts at 701 N. Decatur Blvd. was shut down by the Southern Nevada Health District on Jan. 18 for an imminent health hazard.
SNHD inspectors found a pest infestation during their routine inspection.
Two previous inspections of the donut shop received A grades.
The Southern Nevada Health District routinely shuts down restaurants that receive more than 40 demerits. Restaurants have the option of requesting a re-inspection before the next scheduled inspection.
