Kerry Simon Reveals The Lineup for His MSA Event

Kerry Simon is assembling a big list of chefs and rock and roll stars to help him raise funds for MSA (multiple system atrophy) awareness. In November, Simon announced that he was inflicted with the disease that has no cure.

On Thursday, Feb. 27, Simon partners with Keep Memory Alive, the charitable arm of the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, for a night of music and food.

Already signed on: Daniel Boulud, Kim Canteenwalla, Wylie DuFresne of wd~50, Grant MacPherson, Michael Mina, Rick Moonen, Justin Nilson of Soup to Cake, Charlie Palmer, Megan Romano, Tony Schutz at Pub 1842, Iron Chef Mark Tarbell and Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

Rockers Slash, Alice Cooper, Sammy Hagar and Vince Neil join house band Sin City Sinners to entertain as supporters dine and imbibe. Special guest Sabriel will also perform during the party.

Tickets go for $500 here and include the 7 p.m. cocktail party.

Or go for the $1,000 Rock 'n Roll Star tickets that include VIP pre-party reception with a celebrity meet and greet at 6 p.m., access to the Rock 'n Roll Cocktail Party, an autographed poster and entry into the VIP after-party at Simon Restaurant & Lounge at Palms Place featuring chefs Roy Choi, Barry Dakake, Richard Tapia, Mark Purdy and Tammy Alana. Special guest Chris Clouse, who has performed over the years at Simon's many restaurants, will also perform during the after party.
