Already seven events at the Mother's Day weekend foodie event Vegas Uncork'd have sold out. Joël Robuchon's Cooking and Wine demo on Saturday, May 10, at the MGM Grand has completely sold out of the 33 tickets available. Within two hours of tickets going on sale, the event already has a waiting list.
Now comes word that the masters series dinners at Old Homestead and Restaurant Guy Savoy (yes, the $5,000 dinner), the night at Hakkasan, the Francois Payard pastry demonstration, the Nobu sushi and sake event and the Bellagio Fire and Ice event poolside are also sold out. Ticket sales are reportedly up 250 percent over last year.
The four-day culinary extravaganza will be hosted at Aria, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, MGM Grand and the Venetian May 8-11, making it the largest Vegas Uncork'd by Bon Appétit to date.
Fear not, tickets for 16 events remain.
