Britney Spears Pre-Show Menu at Strip House; More

PLANET HOLLYWOOD RESORT — Strip House is celebrating the new residency of pop princess Britney Spears with two new pre-show dinner menus available on nights of the show. For $75, guests can enjoy a cocktail toast and customize their three-course meal with choices of appetizer, entrée, side and dessert. Available appetizers include baby iceberg salad, Caesar salad, jumbo lump crab cake and lobster bisque. For the entrée, choose from an 8-ounce filet mignon, 14-ounce dry-aged rib eye, roast organic chicken or crisp skin Scottish salmon. Entrées can be paired with one of the restaurant's sides such as whipped potato puree, steamed broccoli, wild mushrooms or ripped potatoes with rosemary salt. A warm double chocolate brownie served with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge sauce and the Tahitian vanilla crème brulee with brandied cherries and pistachio biscotti make up the menu's dessert choices. Even more choices come with the $95 option. [EaterWire]
