Vegas Uncork'd Releases More Tix; Tbones Dinner

Vegas Uncork'd just released more tickets for the event, where Sensi chef Roy Ellamar cooks meat with live fire, ash and smoke while master mixologist Ricardo Murcia cools things down with creative cocktails. RED ROCK RESORT — Tbones Chophouse & Lounge will host a special four-course dinner on Thursday, Feb. 27, at 5:30 p.m. with courses from executive chef Aaron Losch. Each course will be paired with craft beers from various beermakers including Lagunitas Brewing Co.Angry OrchardRogue Ales and Stone Brewing Co. Dave Streeter, a certified beer server and brand manager from Bonanza Beverage, will discuss the highlighted pairings during the event. The menu is priced at $85 and includes garlic sautéed sea scallop and shrimp, baby arugula and fennel salad, molasses-braised American Wagyu short ribs and rhubarb and almond shortcake.
