Bobby Flay Unveils His Burger Palace to the World Now

Bobby's Burger Palace
Address:
Crystals, 3720 Las Vegas Blvd. S.
Phone: 702-598-0191
Status: Opens at noon

Behold, Bobby Flay's ode to the burger is now open in Las Vegas. Bobby's Burger Palace serves up Flay's vision of the American burger. The restaurant takes over the former Carolina Herrera space at Crystals in front of Mandarin Oriental.

"When you travel across the country, every region has their own specialty flavors, their own regional touch that they add to their food," Flay says. "Those are the true American flavors that have inspired the menu here."

Flay's most notable contribution to the burger — potato chips, used to create his crunchified version.

Look for the special Vegas Burger with white American cheese, Fresno red chiles and barbecue potato chips. Hand-cut French fries, salads and sandwiches as well as milkshakes in pistachio, mint chocolate chip and mocha caramel.

And a first for BBP, the Margarita-To-Go bar with drinks such as the frozen cactus pear and frozen mesa.

Find room inside for 154, including the 54-seat counter. When the weather gets nicer, expect to sit out on the patio.
