Gipsy, which underwent a makeover on Spike TV's Bar Rescue, is taking apart all the changes made during the show. Owner Paul San Filipo, who openly hated the transformation during the show's reveal, got a $2 million investment to renovate the LGBT club with "a waterfall, cabanas, a retractable roof and an indoor/outdoor bar."
