Now you can actually taste one of the dishes Shirley Chung made on Top Chef New Orleans. Emeril Lagasse's restaurants plan to feature her winning dish from the last episode in New Orleans at three of his Vegas outposts.
Delmonico Steakhouse at the Venetian, Emeril's New Orleans Fish House at the MGM Grand and Table 10 at the Grand Canal Shoppes will feature Chung's winning dish from the final New Orleans episode of Top Chef through the month of February.

Chung's Texas Red Fish with Asian meuniere sauce, braised celery and shiitake mushrooms goes for $36 during dinner service at any of the restaurants. The dish won the final regular episode during this season of Top Chef, which was filmed in New Orleans at Emeril's namesake restaurant. All of Lagasse's New Orleans restaurant are also featuring the dish.
