The International Eatery food court has opened at downtown's Neonopolis in a very speedy takeover of the former Luna Rossa Italian restaurant space. Inside, or out on the patio, guests can dine from three separate serving stations featuring DJ's Taco Bar, stir-fry option China Max and Dino's Little Italy pizza stand surrounding a spartan interior.

All three Eatery inhabitants are overseen by HIG Management and were originally created for the Hawaiian Marketplace across from CityCenter.

HIG Management will be upgrading their presence on the Strip when their pan-Asian restaurant F.A.M.E. Night Market and Ultra Lounge opens at The Linq sometime this spring.

There is also a curious image on the awning outside the Eatery, a graphic of a rubber duck advertising "sweets" are available inside. A little yellow duck is normally associated in Las Vegas as a signature icon of the Sugar Factory restaurant chain. In November, Eater Vegas discovered the Sugar Factory team's new Meatball Spot featured Bobby Sabas and Leon Wu of HIG Management as agents and managers of the LLC overseeing that quickie meatball joint at the Miracle Mile Shops.
