Is it a show? A restaurant? A bar? Technically it's a little of all three. Rose.Rabbit.Lie. is the first new restaurant, bar and show to come to the Cosmopolitan since it opened three years ago. The $12.8 million, 23,354-square-foot social club includes Vegas Nocturne, the Absinthe-like show from Spiegelworld, a separate ticketed show.

For diners this new experience is a chance to dine on dishes from Coastal Luxury Management, the Monterrey, Calif., company that produces Pebble Beach Food & Wine and Los Angeles Food & Wine, as well as Restaurant 1833, Cannery Row Brewing Co. and Harvest Farm-To-Table. Most important to note here is that Restaurant 1833 was a James Beard Foundation semifinalist for Best New Restaurant in 2012. On hand, an ambitious cocktail program paired with global dishes.

Wesley Holton, who formerly worked at Daniel Boulud's DB Brasserie at Wynn Las Vegas as well as The Water Club and Michael Mina's Seablue at the Borgata in Atlantic City, helms the kitchen.

Now, if you head here for dinner, you won't see Vegas Nocturne (with shows starting at 8 p.m., 10 p.m. and midnight) but will get entertainment that wanders through the space. So far, the restaurant and bar are only open Thursdays through Sundays starting at 6 p.m.
