Vietnamese-Inspired District One on the Verge of Opening

Coming soon, the Vietnamese-inspired District One Kitchen & Bar, a tip of the hat to the epicenter of dining and entertainment in Saigon. The restaurant taking over the former Cravin' Cajun in the same shopping center at Chada Thai and China Mama plans to serve up a menu of Asian fare that's not necessarily just Vietnamese. Expect to find dishes from Vietnam, Thailand, China and Japan once it opens, with prices ranging from $10 to $30 for lunch and dinner.
