Look for a choice of wedge, Fleming's salad or modern Caesar, followed by the Fleming's prime rib served au jus, creamy horseradish and dijon sauces, and a choice of side. DOWNTOWN — Park on Fremont now has new dishes such as Garbage Fries topped with melted cheddar and provolone cheeses, bacon, jalapeños, green onions, tomatoes, chipotle peppers, avocados and sour cream; and the mac and cheese balls. New entrees include the barbecue Texas burger and the Cajun chicken sandwich served with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and chipotle ranch dressing. Other new dishes include the half rack baby back ribs and chilaquiles, citrus marinated steak served with two eggs any style, paired with chips covered in tomatillo salsa, melted jack and cheddar cheese, avocado and sour cream.
