Chicago's Al's Beef Blows into Vegas with Italian Beef

Las Vegas is about to get a blast from Chicago that has nothing to do with the weather. Al's Beef, the beloved Italian beef sandwich shop, is mere days away from opening its first outpost in Las Vegas, taking over the former Bollywood Grill space at Sahara Avenue and Rainbow Boulevard.

This joint started in 1938 and received accolades from Esquire magazine in 2008 as one of the best sandwiches in America. Gird your taste buds for a Monday, Jan. 13 opening.
