New Dishes at La Cave; Tropical Smoothie Goes Coconuts

WYNN LAS VEGAS — La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway has new menu items including an airline chicken breast covered with squash puree and tomato apricot chutney; truffle roasted potatoes; certified black angus sirloin steak garnished with mushroom fondue; angus mini burgers topped with sweet onion marmalade; and roasted salmon served with green beans, olives and pine nuts. New cocktails include the "pumpkin pietini" made with Amaretto DiSaronno, pumpkin pie liqueur, spiced rum and vanilla, priced at $15; The Bourbon Cider made with Evan Williams apple, pomegranate and cherry liqueur; "espresso l'orange" made with Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka, espresso liqueur, Cointreau, cream and fresh muddled oranges; and "filthy cocoa" made with Ciroc Amaretto Vodka, filthy cherries, brown cacao and cream. LAS VEGAS — Tropical Smoothie Café has two new coconut-themed menu items. The coconut curry chicken wrap is made with chicken, carrots and mixed grains layered in a coconut curry sauce and wrapped in a warm tortilla. The coconut lime chicken salad is made with chicken, tomatoes, carrots and mixed grains on a bed of kale, spinach and romaine lettuce, topped with a coconut lime dressing.
