Last night on Top Chef New Orleans, the brave contestants had to make Jacques Pépin's favorite food in front of him. Then in the Elimination Round it was a battle of French vs. Spanish cuisines. Julian Serrano and Dominique Crenn got into a heated philosophical discussion, everyone made flan, and really Pépin's bow tie should've won the whole thing.
