Less than seven months after opening, the west side location hosting Aces & Ales is up for sale for $1.5 million. The 6,465-square-foot building has just entered the market, offering a "stable" income, easy vehicular access and room for 96 cars in parking lot. Aces & Ales have been quick to clarify, they themselves, are not for sale or going anywhere, but the new owner will posses their building and all the land surrounding it.
The new landlord will receive rent from a property licensed for 15 gaming machines and a venture said to generate a net operating income of $107,836. The property owners had bought the .96 acres for $2,050,000 in April 2013.
Aces & Ales opened in June 2013, the sequel to its original east side property on Nellis Boulevard.
UPDATE: To clarify, the business itself is not for sale.
