Yo Cuz, Take a Look Inside Martorano's at Paris Las Vegas

Steve Martorano’s second Las Vegas location and his first on the Strip debuted at Paris Las Vegas earlier this month. This is meant to be a party place, transforming into Martorano’s Supperclub when the clock strikes 9 p.m. That’s when the deejay booth starts pumping out beats covering R&B, disco, slow jams, top 40 and hip-hop, with the center of the restaurant turning into a dance floor. Overhead, a disco ball chandelier.

The restaurant creeps onto Le Boulevard with a patio where guests can do some serious people watching. Martorano’s takes its design cues from its original location in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., with black and white decor with pops of electric blue and a central bar.

Find some of his favorite dishes on the menu including an eggplant stack, "macaroni" including rigatoni Sunday pork gravy, bucatini carbonara, veal cutlet Martorano and his homemade meatballs.

The Philadelphia-born chef also has The Yo Cuz!, named after Martorano’s well-known tagline. This vodka martini comes with black truffle stuffed olives. Another Philadelphia favorite goes into his Water Ice cocktails, available in cherry, watermelon, lemon or coconut flavors.

Martorano’s Paris Las Vegas is open for dinner Sundays through Thursdays from 5 to 11 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m.

You can find the other Martorano's Cafe at the Rio.
