Gordon Ramsay confirms that he plans to open a fish and chips shop in Las Vegas, just as Eater Vegas reported back in April.
A source close to the project told Eater Vegas back in April that Ramsay plans to open Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips at The Linq, right across from Yard House. Ramsay's Gordon Ramsay Holdings Ltd. filed for a service mark for the name on April 2.
A rep for Ramsay says, "We have applied for the trademark Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips, and are looking at options in Vegas but nothing confirmed yet."
The chippy spot, rumored to be modeled around the British takeout shops, plans to serve up his fish and chips. Ramsay already serves his Yorkshire Ale batter fish and chips at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace.
Ramsay also has Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas and Gordon Ramsay BurGR at Planet Hollywood Resort.
