Japanese Cuisine by Omae kicks up its food this month with four new omakase menus debuting tomorrow. The 12-seat restaurant gives new diners a shot at trying the original menu and seasoned veterans three new options.

The restaurant from Takeshi Omae, who has Michelin stars at Morimoto XEX in Tokyo, still only has two seatings at 5:30 and 8 p.m. Tuesdays through Saturdays, and reservations are required.

The new menus highlight Omae’s contracted fish buyer at the Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo, who picks out the fish shipped directly to the restaurant. Also of note, the liquor license is still pending.

The first and third menus are available starting tomorrow, while the fourth menu goes for $100 instead of $150 if reservations are made today.

Here now, a look at all four menus now offered at Japanese Cuisine by Omae.
