Mint Indian Bistro now has a fiery challenge for curry lovers. Head to the restaurant between 3 and 11:30 p.m. to take on the Inferno Curry Challenge.
“Our Inferno Curry is marinated with the hottest chilies in the world and is only for the bravest of the brave,” said Kris Parikh, owner of Mint Indian Bistro, in a press release. “These are natural chilies, not extracts. I tell my guests to try it at their own risk.”
Only 24 guests have finished the dish since the restaurant opened in 2008. Those who do receive a $50 Mint Indian Bistro gift card, an entry into a drawing for complimentary dinner entrees for a year (one per month, 12 entrees total) and a spot on Mint Indian Bistro’s Wall of Fame. More than 1,600 guests have attempted to finish the Inferno Curry.
Those taking on the challenge must sign a waiver, and can choose from a veggie version for $17.99, chicken thighs for $18.99 or boneless lamb for $19.99.
