Restaurants in Las Vegas love to talk about which one makes the most money. Now there’s a list just for you. No longer will you wonder which steakhouse makes the most money or which restaurants earns the most. Restaurant Business Online has the list of top moneymaking independent restaurants in the United States.
Now for your holy cow moment. Tao Asian Bistro at the Venetian tops the list of top restaurants nationwide based on sales with $64.6 million in sales in 2013. Lavo Italian Restaurant at the Palazzo comes in fifth nationwide and second in Vegas with $24 million in sales. Confirming rumors that Joe’s Stone Crab at the Forum Shops at Caesars makes bank, the survey reports that this location does an estimated $20.1 million in sales, making it 12th on the list nationwide.
For the remainder of the 20 Las Vegas restaurants that made the list, a complete compendium here. An unshocking number of steakhouses make the list, with a lot of surprises along the way.
