Life Is Beautiful takes over Downtown Las Vegas Oct. 24-26, and now you have your first glimpse at the full culinary lineup for the event. Aside from chefs cooking up fare at the opening Grills & Guitars event next Thursday at the Gold Spike, guests can take in pop-up events, watch culinary demonstrations and meet some of the chefs on hand for the event. Here, a look at the full culinary list of events for Life Is Beautiful.

Sunny Day by José Andrés
José Andrés brings his Sunny Day solar kitchen, 30 cookstoves powered by the sun that pay tribute to his charity organization World Central Kitchen. Andrés and his team plan to serve up tacos here. Find it across from the Huntridge Stage.

Craft Beer Garden
Pick from 12 craft beers including Stiegl Grapefruit Radler, Tenaya Creek Oktoberfest, Oskar Blues Dale's Pale Ale and Green Flash Hop Head Red along with 10 restaurant booths (including Lulu's Bakery and its homemade soft pretzels) and six food trucks at the Craft Beer Garden, near the Ambassador Stage.

Culinary Villages
Instead of one destination for food, expect four culinary villages at each of the festival’s four main stages. Of note, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options will also be available throughout the festival.

Cocktails
Wirtz Beverage plans to serve more than 55 specialty cocktails and more than 20 craft wine and beer selections.

Chefs on Stage
Within the Container Park, chefs plan to showcase their creative process and skills in free live demonstrations at Chefs on Stage. Madison Cowan is back as this year’s emcee and there will be four chef segments on Friday, five chef segments on Saturday and three chef segments on Sunday. The chef lineup includes Cat Cora, Eric and Bruce Bromberg, Spike Mendelsohn, Scott Conant, Rick Moonen, Jet Tila, Sam Marvin, Duff Goldman, Hubert Keller, Marc Forgione and Bryan Forgione, Nancy Silverton and Jonathan Waxman, and Donald Link.

VIP Food
Brooklyn Bowl’s food is only available to those with VIP wristbands. Expect to find potato and onion knish, egg shooters and fried chicken wings as well as a crawfish boil with choice of crawfish, shrimp, or The Royale with corn, Creole sausage and potatoes.

And, lest you forget, here’s the full list of participating chefs: Bruce Bromberg and Eric Bromberg, Scott Conant, Hubert Keller, José Andrés, Cat Cora, Nancy Silverton, Spike Mendelsohn, Marc Forgione, Jonathan Waxman, Duff Goldman, Rick Moonen, Kim Canteenwalla, Jet Tila, Donald Link, Mary Sue Milliken, Susan Feniger, Frankie Pellegrino Jr., Shawn McClain, Sam Marvin, Bryan Forgione,  Mike Minor, Madison Cowan and more.
