Just yesterday, Eater Vegas unveiled that breakfast is being served at Giada De Laurentiis’ first restaurant at The Cromwell, and now, the entire eight-item menu.
De Laurentiis uses her salmon cakes in the salmon cake Benedict with a prosecco Hollandaise sauce.
She uses polenta in her waffles serving one with pancetta, chives, two sunny side up eggs and a side of both béchamel and noble maple syrup and the other with strawberries, grilled pineapple and Nutella. She also uses polenta in her breakfast Contadina with two eggs served any style, crispy polenta cakes, wilted spinach, oven roasted tomatoes and toast and the polenta en cocotte with creamy polenta, spicy sausage, dried cranberries and Calabrian chile with two poached eggs.
The menu also features an Italian hash, made with marble potatoes, Nueske’s bacon, Finocchiona salumi, peppers, tomato and onion confit with a sunny side up egg. Also on the menu, breakfast American with two eggs served any style, lemon smashed potatoes with the choice of sweet sausage meatballs or bacon and toast and the chia seed parfait with fresh raspberry, chia seeds, maple sweetened Greek yogurt and toasted Marcona almonds.
Fresh pressed juices are also available, including the Rise & Shine, which features spinach, carrots, apples, celery, lemon and ginger, and The Palm, made with pineapple, apple, lemon and mint.
Both the breakfast and lunch menus are served from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily.
