Todd Harrington, the former assistant executive chef at the Downtown Grand, leaves after 10 months to be the chef at Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, opening at the Venetian next year. Before joining the Downtown Grand to make over the restaurants there, he was the executive chef at Central Michel Richard, the restaurant at Caesars Palace currently going through chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
On Facebook, Harrington reports he’s in Miami at the 50 Eggs compound, the parent company for Yardbird.
