The food truck Lobsta Trap was shut down by the Southern Nevada Health District on Oct. 9 after a re-inspection revealed an imminent health hazard.
SNHD inspectors found a lack of adequate refrigeration when they returned to inspect the truck. The truck was inspected on Sept. 9 and earned a 30-demerit C grade.
The truck was originally inspected in January and earned an A grade.
The Southern Nevada Health District routinely shuts down restaurants that receive more than 40 demerits. Restaurants have the option of requesting a re-inspection before the next scheduled inspection.
