Looking to try something new for the weekend? Head over to the Jackie Gaughan Plaza at El Cortez for a new pop-up outdoor patio with music, drinks and wine dubbed The Wineyard.

The plaza now has wooden picnic tables, overhead string lights and cedar wine racks. Find wines by the glass or bottle, craft beers and meats and cheeses a la carte. Dishes are prepared on a grill and served with toasted bread and olives.

This new weekly event takes place on Fridays in October from 5 p.m. to midnight.
