Piero Broglia Moves from Italian to Great American Food

Chef Piero Broglia, formerly of Pasta Mia, the inital inspiration for Piero's and currently the force behind Spring Valley's Italian restaurant Cafe Chloe, has created a new, unannounced venture at 7780 S. Jones Blvd.

Named Great American Food, the 1,895-square-foot stand-alone space has the option of keeping its existing drive through window if needed.

Construction has just begun, with no timetable for completion yet revealed.
