Eater Vegas warned you Pasta Pirate would be closing soon at the California Hotel & Casino and now last reservations are being taken for this Sunday's final seatings. The seafood, steak and pasta restaurant will be replaced by Noodle House, an Asian centered concept.
During construction, which is ready to begin, the Cal will still feature dining options at the famous Aloha Specialties Hawaiian-focused restaurant, the 24-hour Market Street Cafe, the more upscale Redwood Bar & Grill, Cal Club, an Asian and American fast snack spot, and Lappert's Ice Cream.
In addition to one of the best names in Las Vegas, the Pasta Pirate's nifty logo featured a seafaring parrot, leaving guests to ponder if the graphic designer had misheard the name of the restaurant.
