Jinya Ramen Bar Barely Survives an SNHD Inspection

Jinya Ramen Bar at 4860 W. Flamingo Road came within two points of being shut down by the Southern Nevada Health District after a routine inspection on Oct. 20.

Inspectors found an inadequate number of hand sinks, single use items reused, food improperly cooled and held at the wrong temperature, food unprotected from contamination and more.

This is the first inspection for the restaurant that opened earlier this year.

The Southern Nevada Health District routinely shuts down restaurants that receive more than 40 demerits. Restaurants have the option of requesting a re-inspection before the next scheduled inspection.
