The Samberger from Andy Samberger; Delmonico's Holiday Cooking Boot Camp

SLS LAS VEGAS — Umami Burger now has actor Andy Samberger’s "Samberger" through Oct. 28. The Samberger ($13) features a beef patty topped with sport peppers, roasted tomatoes, chopped Umami dill pickles, a kombu relish, roasted garlic aioli, poppy seeds and yellow mustard on Umami Burger’s signature bun. The restaurant is donating $1 from each burger to CEID in Berkeley.

Also of note, chef José Andrés will be at Umami Burger on Saturday when Real Madrid takes on FC Barcelona during El Clásico. Land two for $5 Bud Light and two for $8 Stella Artois. VENETIAN — Delmonico Steakhouse chef de cuisine Ronnie Rainwater hosts a Holiday Cooking Boot Camp to whip guests (not potatoes) into shape for the season as part of his bi-monthly demo series. On Saturday, Nov. 1 from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., Rainwater will demonstrate how to make side dishes such as butternut squash soup, pecan glazed sweet potatoes and carrot and tart cherry salad. Guests will even be able to taste the dishes as part of a light lunch and take home the recipes. The event is $35 per person and includes a complimentary drink.
