Say goodbye to The Lady Silvia. The cocktail lounge at the base of the SoHo Lofts with an unmarked door simply stating "140" on it apparently shuttered two weeks ago. The Sam Cherry-owned cocktail lounge featured a library setting with real books on the wall and sat in the Arts District. It opened in 2011.
